Hi all, I've checked the forum rules and noticed that rule 8 states that advertising is forbidden. I'm not sure if this relates to advertising services or equipment or anything or everything. To be on the safe side I haven't placed an advert. So, apart from ebay can anyone suggest a platform for selling some tools and equipment in the uk? Hydraulic benders, swager, electronic leak detector etc. I find that exposure on ebay is limited as the most appropriate category appears to be under car servicing/AC.

Have I missed a classifieds section on this forum???

Why is there not a classifieds section?? Is it a legal thing??

As the forum costs the Boss an arm and a leg to provide, he needs to generate income from adverts, and that's one reason that the forum doesn't allow free adverts. The other one of course is that advertising in posts just clogs up the forum.

It looks like you've just let everyone know that you have some goodies for sale so you just might get members contacting you through PM's
