air conditioner not starting

Hi all,

I have a small wall mount air conditioner mitsubishi heavy industries it will not come on on heating or cooling when i switch it on the fan on the out door will run but the compressor will not it goes to come on and then just stops but the fan keeps running it tries it every 10 seconds or so and never runs.
would anyone have any info on this please the model is src 328henf l2 serial no. is 152400891
it is about 13 year old

Check for refrigerant pressures, is there a charge in the unit? Compressor may be seized!

any flashing lights on the indoor? count the sequence
