Hi everyone,

Just signed up for this website.

I was actually, initially at least, looking to find out the best place to go to find someone who is skilled in refrigeration systems. I've been in the industry for a while but have been a little bit insular... and I'm looking to expand and will be looking to, potentially, employ someone new in the New Year.

If anyone can help point me in the right direction for the best places to advertise or to look for someone that would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to PM me.

I think now I've registered for the site I'll be having a look through the forums as well.

The best option for advertising is to use the site employers section.
This will allow you to screen candidates and make an informed selection with CV supllied etc.
This is a very popular refrigeration engineers forum and you get a high hit rate on advertised jobs without an employment agency fees and constant chasing from agency even after position is filled!
