You could also use solar hot water heating for free hot water when the sun shines. I traveled through the East a few years ago and solar heating panels were very common so they should be cheap.

Thanks i got told you can not mix underfloor heating and hot water as we are fitting a small energy panel call a thermboil on its own tank

You're right not a good idea to mix heating water with domestic hot water as bugs will grow and make you sick
But you could use heating hot water as thermal storage to heat/preheat the domestic hot water.

As long as the underfloor heating is physically separated from your hot water
then there are no issues with heating underfloor and hot water at the same
    time.

It's done with separate coils inside the hot water cylinder. The only issue
you may have is the hot water cylinder needs to be specific for a heat pump,
so your old one may not be suitable. It requires a larger heating coil inside
the cylinder to transfer the heat (because of the lower temperatures).
It might mean you will have to upgrade your hot water cylinder to match the
heat pump. So if your upgrading the cylinder you may as well do the whole
lot and invest in solar hot water also. It will mean a hot water cylinder with
two coils inside it. One from the heat pump and one from the solar collector.

    Regards

    Rob

You could just pump water through a flat plate heat exchanger from the output of the tank and back to the bottom of the tank. The other side of the HX is connected to the floor loops. Quite simple.
