Need helps?
I installed BA16MGB2 3/4 HP condenser and 3x evaps KC401 with r404a Tx ext with orifice no 1! The unit is running with high suction pressure,low superheat! So i think the tx oversized but dont know which orrifce i have to replace(0 smaller or 2 larger)!thanks for any advice!

The C/U is nominal 1500watts at -5'C SST + 40'C SDT, and each KC401 nominal 490 watts at 6KTD +2 'C room. Should be close, try checking TXV super heats, then try 00 orifices. Possibly overcharged if clear sight glass through pull down of room.

hi
I am working on a 12 year old Lennox LCA150SN2M after all theses year it have run down 80c compressors are good evaporator clean condenser clean . I am left with checking the sporlan R-22 KT 43 VGA can it be open and cleaned and readjusted .
