Whirlpool S20RSSD10-AG Help needed please

In need of desprate help.
Thi sis my first post so be gentle .
I have a Whirlpool S20DRSS10-ag.

Side by side fridge freezer . No water or ice dispenser .

Started with the internal fridge light failing. Replaced that

Now fridge not cool enough.

Freezer appears fine but will sound the alarm with - - every couple of hours ( time varies )



The fan at the back is working fine at the back. The compressor is warm/hot to touch .


At the bottom of the freezer there was ice built up on the vents ( covered by a slop shaped cover ) defrosted with air dryer and hot water.

Hovered the the bottom completely, front and back


Checked the motorised baffle. Appears open. The plastic ( square shaped ) pipe which leads from the back of the baffle to freezer at the top, been removed and was ice blocking it. Removed ice.



Problem still remains. Longer periods between warning sound ( -- ) but fridge and freezer certainly not operating at correct temp.



What other options do I have ? what part could possibly need replacing or what could be further blocked by ice.



Any help much appreciated. We have 5 children and a fridge is needed !!
