Danfoss Performer Scroll- Terminal covers!

Hi Guys,
Has anyone any tips for removing the 8mm nuts and bolts on the above comp Electrical Terminal Covers.
I have recently resorted to gripping the small hex back-nut with a pair of mole grips.

This has resolved the nut spinning in it's plastic housing, however more still shear off from their bolt than undo!

Has anyone come up with a better idea/ solution?
Or given that they have sheared do you just replace them with new nuts and bolts?

i use an 8mm nut spinner, or socket set piece.
