Hotpoint FFP187BP not getting cold enough
Hi all I have a hotpoint FFP 187BP which does not get cold enough the compressor and fan run constantly the evaporator only gets frost on the top rung (see photo ) this makes me think it is a low gas problem but i can see no signs of any damage anywhere , is there any way i can confirm this for certain before i bin the fridge , its only a couple years old ..

Re: Hotpoint FFP187BP not getting cold enough
hei,i believe you have to low pressure lo-pressure side.
defective thermostatic valve, filter problem and its shore that you dont have enough liquid input to the evaporator.
At last it cold be defect valves in the compr. You to check LP and HP.norcool
