    PC Towers

    Hi Guys,

Just been on the PC world website top see how much Internet security 2006 was (£25 in case anyone was wondering). My NIS 2005 has just run out so am going to change as opposed to downloading subscription.

However while i was on the site i was looking at the PC's. Why doesn't anyone just sell the towers, surely you don't need to change youre keyboard and screen each time you have a new system, there must be a screen and keyboard mountain somewhere as i would think most people update their computer every 2 or 3 years ?

    Regards

    Fatboy

    Hi Raymond

    Have a look here http://www.web-systems.co.uk/

If you want a free firewall then download Zone Alarm Free from PCAdviser.co.uk http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/fil...RSS,RSS,00.asp and for a really good free virus tool download AVG Free http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1

    Hi Frank,
Thanks for the link, i have had a look on there buts it's all a bit techno for me.

according to the symantec web site, my virus definition subscription is out of date thats why my definitions are 7/12/05 and my renewal date for some reason reads 30/12/1899 .

I have looked and to resubscibe for another years it £32.90

£32.90 to resubscribe or £25 to get NIS2006 Hmm, i wonder what most people will do

    Regards

Have you seen the latest Dell offers??

    And.........dont buy just a tower

Get the whole system, it works out lot cheaper

Towers are for computer techs who put together really powerful systems , buying bits and pieces
