Hoshizaki Ice Flaker FM series

Hi

Hoshizaki ice flaker not producing.

Will be looking at this problem next week,the info I have is as follows.

Condenser fan runs
Water tank full
Compressor not operating

On the control board there is relay K1 which supplies the compressor relay,there is a live into it but none out,if bridged then compressor runs.

Sorry no more details,would appreciate if someone could shed some light so as I can save time on site.

Bin switch is ok. Please explain how I would reset it and under what circumstances would I need to reset it.

There no push button and power has been switched on off.

is there a reset on the board?? also check for possible blown fuse on board

On the hoshizakis i have seen when the unit starts there is water flow for about 3 minutes the first stage is a defrost then after 2 to 3 minutes it starts.the board must be keeping out the comp.or can the relay be changed maybe contacts burnt on relay?

I have ordered new board as the relay is not easily changeable.

The Bin switch cuts everything out
