Thumb Rule for Refrigeration
What is the relation between Compressor Capacity in TR and Cooling Surface of Condenser? What is the relation between Compressor Capacity in TR and Cooling Surface of Chiller?
Compressor TR and HP of the drive motor?

I'm not sure what TR is?????
But in the UK we have a rule of thumb that....
The evap temp is 10degs lower than the air off
and
The cond temp is 15degs higher than the ambient.
Not set in stone and will vary dependent on products and
Delta T's but a good one to get you going...
