    Thanks for finding this one, US Iceman - I didn't know it was still available. It seems to be still living in CIBSE?s web site.

    This little booklet was onece available from The Market Transformation Programme which is a UK Government agency devoted to implementing UK Govt?s Carbon reduction policies. Website here http://www.mtprog.com/ - they started to revamp it some while ago and don?t seem to have completed the job.



    The MTP commissioned a series of these Good Practice Guides on a variety of topics some years ago but seem to have dropped them lately. Shame, because some of them were very good at giving some basic information is a very readable format.
