Freezer works, fridge not (ocean)

I bought it of a neighbour about a week ago was working fine then after 2 days the fridge started freezing so i turned the temp down worked fine then 3 days later the fridge isnt working iv turned the temp back up in all different number settings and nothing? the freezer is working perfect

i have read it might be the thermostat?

i cant find the model number but i need a second opinion
