Mining jobs Australia

Hi Guys

I have recently just got my TRA as a refrigeration mechanic (EL) and also got my Refrigerant Handling Licence and just applying for my electrical connect disconnect at the moment.
Im am now looking to get into the mines as a fridgie and im just wondering if anyone know any companies working in the mines.

Im living in perth.


Any help would be great cheers guys

I know its crazy thats why i want to get into the mines.

I know Carrier used to do work on chillers in the mines near Perth. Might be worth contacting them to see if they know of any companies.

I cannot understand why Australia is looking for more overseas workers if the people already here find it hard

You could also try a company called Tech Air in Perth the company owner Duncan Alexander used to work for Carrier in Perth and did some work in the mines while he was with them.
I think Australia and New Zealand have always depended on guys from overseas probably due to their young guys coming over here for a couple of years.
