If you've got the 00 version of RM, keep it as it'll come in handy.

I test my RM on a 1850 new unit and it was fine i dont know what hapents at 1550 ?? if you have tru tech my mail is tspgr@hotmail.com

Guys; The software you're looking for is generally too large to attach to emails......the easiest way to get this software to you is for you set up a storage website; and they're free. "mydrive.ch" is a good example; once you've set up one of these sites, let us know your access details (private message of course), and we can upload to the site, then all you have to do, is to download from the site to your computer.
Wintrac is a good example, in order to install the latest version, you really need to start at Wintrac 4.4 and then install the upgrades through to version 5.3; if you start your install at version 5.0, you'll miss on the flashload directory at the very least, so you really need to start at version 4.4; you can't attach these to emails as the average file size is around 40mb.
We still need your email addresses for smaller files which can be attached to emails.

Tru-tech was brought about because of the new APX controller, you can still access advance micro with Reefer Manager versions up to the latest and greatest.

Tru tech is a bit of a resource hog so if you're running an older laptop, it may be a bit frustrating.
RM will run on just about anything.

Where can I get this program and a set of connectors?

Cables are available from TK or carrier, same connector and will work for both units.
RTE http://www.rtelectronics.com/ makes them as well.

When looking for a laptop, try and find one that has a nine pin serial port. A lot easier than fighting with the usb to serial adapters.

The latest zip I downloaded for tru-tech was 82 mb. If you have access to transcentral, you can download tru-tech there and they also have the password for the install there as well. I wish the same could be said for Reefer Manager as I would like to have them both.

Are you asking for the password to Reefer Manager? Or are you inquiring about logging in to transcentral. I'm afraid I cannot help you with either. You are prompted when you first install reefer manager to set your password. If you're inquiring about transcentral, it's a secure sight that only allows dealerships and certain vendors access.

The password is set up on the original installation and set into the registry.
Once you have created a password, you need to take a note of it as simply reinstalling won't help if you lose it.
The only way I found was to uninstall; then thoroughly clean the Windows registry before reinstalling.
I won't guarantee that it'll work for you; it worked for me, and that was with Windows XP.
Assuming you are installing using original RM files?
If you intend modifying RM to format the pc cards, make sure you use a slightly earlier version.
