vrv 111 fault

Hi can anyone help me with ao fault on daikin, someone has been tampering with the settings in the remote and i would like to get the unit back to its default settings to see if the AO fault disappears, would any one know the sequence of buttons to push so i can try this. any help will be much appreciated.

ao- is external protection device- outdoor fault
to reset a fault, push bottom left button so the fault cade is displayed,hold the on/off button for upto 10seconds,when a0 changes to 00 then try to restart the unit, sometimes outdoor unit req powering down then restarting

Good answer regarding how to clear the last fault code.....but if he doesn't rectify the fault it will keep re-appearing
