Bosch KAD62S20 - Bosch Logixx American Style Frost Free ice maker not working

A very good customer has 2 of these bad boys and neither ice maker is working. One clicks and does nothing, the other does nothing. Both have been on for 2 days waiting my arrival.

I couldn't get any water to them as it wasn't available. I told them I would return when they get water. However the evap didn't feel as cold as i would expect considering a no water state but who knows?

Can anyone give me a heads up on these as I see it's a version of the old crescent whirlpool icemaker so not too complicated but I couldn't see a wiring diagram

Also if there are any teardown manuals around that would help as those plastic parts look rather expensive

if ice maker not working need to check solenoid and the motor or could replace the whol thing but they not cheap
