Question Oil Temperature on CDHF Water Cooled CenTraVAc Chillers

We been facing problems with sump oil temperaturs for the last one year. While the unit is offline the sump temp drops to 85 F from 120 F , The heater is working fine , we replaced the refrigerant pump seal but still the problem is presisting. What could be the problem is it something replated to the Oil Gas Seperator

Is the chiller using UCP2 or UCP3 or recent adaptive view. If its UCP3 with CH53O you will see that oil temperature setpoint changes when oil is about to reach setpoint setpoint goes high. Try to reload or upgrade to a latest version techview service tool software. I once had problem like that.
