    Cold conductive solution (adhesive/sealant/double-sided tape)

    Hello everyone,

Looking for the solution to bond condensing coil to the fridge wall providing maximum cold transfer from tube to sheet.

Main criteria are the thermal conductivity of adhesive and fast curing time.
    After bonding should be flexible.

Considering thermal conductive adhesives such as mastics or pastes or double-sided tapes as well. Can you advice any solution from your experience. And who produces it.

    Thanks in advance.

Don't know! Most people here do repairs and installs rather then manufacturing so we don't need to know how to make a condenser out of a wall of a fridge, or even spot weld the pipe to the wall?

Could you make a dimple plate out of part of the wall? It would get around the problem of bonding the coil and later problems of the glue failing.

most mastics and the like are acid cure so will rip into pipe and create leaks, so top hat section spot welded or rivoted holding pipes in position as in cold walling pipework.
