    Just saying thanks



    Hi guys,

    I know some of the guys from Toshiba`s technical helpline drop by here from time to time so I`d just like to thanks for the advice they gave me on commissioning a VRF system and talking me through a couple of problems I came up against. They were even there on a saturday afternoon to help me out.

    Always rated their service level as by far the best. The others seem to take it as a 9-5 lets get through the day without answering the phone as besr we can. Toshiba certainly go that extra mile

    i had a tosh technical lad - first words out his mouth after hello- was have you checked the gas charge- bye- that bought him 3 days whilst u degassed a unit(super multi) then once the charge was comfirmed he was quite helpful, suppose he must get a lot of calls off chimps having it set at cool 30 and asking him why it aint workin!! haha
