Mitsi Thermoscreens over door heater problem

    Hi all
Wondering if anyone can help. Trying to commission a vrf system over the weekend!
Everything runs up perfect in heating and cooling except the door heater.

I have fitted a fee over the years but this ones seems a newer model and is a bit
    different.

The ones I have done before have a battery heater in (3phase supply)

This one does not require this but it says in the booklet that without the heater battery it makes it a 240vsupply instead.

It's addressed as 5 on the system and has a par30 controller. There was no extra box to wire like on previous models.

The problem I have is it runs with no fault but the fans won't come on, I have doubled
Checked everything and all seems fine.

Anyone have any tips as im unning out of ideas.

    Thanks

Don't know the unit but,,, are the fans waiting for the coil temperature to rise?

Don't believe it can be this as in heating/cooling I have the same temperature into fan coils as door heater.
It's from a by box and wired correctly. It's been picked up on the centralised and brings up no faults just doesn't run.

Check the connections for the fan motor. Seem to remember that we had a problem with the internal wiring and a link that is required and not completely clear on the wiring diagram.
