Help needed please on samsung RSH1DTMH Fridge Freezer

Hi. As of a few days ago, the top of the fridge is getting warm and the water dispenser stopped working. I've found that the bottom of the fridge is freezing (literally) and has frozen the water tank hence the dispenser not working. The fridge temp on the display still says 3.

I'm assuming the fan to circulate the cool air around the fridge has failed. Can this be replaced easily? Annotingly the thing is only 2 months out of warranty (2 year)!
