Low oil pressure 25ton 06E

Hi guys,
Been having a problem with a 25ton 06E compressor. Initially I'm getting a net oil pressure of 25psi but everytime I cycle the compressor the net oil pressure decreases and eventually trips on the oil pressure switch. The last net oil pressure checked was at 2psi and the oil level is good through out. The compressor was rebuilt because it failed due to a broken connecting rod. Can someone please help??

is crankcase heater on? are u getting liq slugging back causing the oil to get washed out the compressor?
