Hotpoint FFP187B Relay Replacement

Hi,

I have a Hotpoint FFP187B and the relay is clicking, the sound is coming from the top of the fridge.

Can anyone tell me how to replace it ?

it quicker to replace the pcb and better in the long run as to messing about changing relays unless you sad and got nothing better to do in life
