    Identifying R404A

    Gents,
How can anyone identify whether the refrigerant supplier has supplied genuine refrigerant
    R404a?

    Please help me.

    .

Use the pressure temperature relationship test.

At any given temperature the refrigerant will be at a certain pressure.

Measure the temperature of the cylinder, measure the pressure of the
cylinder and they should corrispond with what it should be on a chart
    or comparitor.

    Regards

    Rob

normaly for cooling down to 0C. the suction pr = 50, discharge pr = 300 psi.
and these nos. could be slightly diff due to weather and charge.
