Mcquay EVO chiller

I have Mcquay air cooled chiller model MNG EVO CLA 107.2 ST

there is MEch pressure high alarm on two circuit and i relaese the alarm from high pressure switch but alarm did not clear from microprocessor , chiller do not start , i switch off power supply and switch on again , microprocessor directrly appear : Mech press high alarm and i could not clear it , when i select clear on , it return to clear off and unit do not start .
microprocessor is Microtech III Semiens
