    NRS Beermaster Help

My local pub has a Beermaster BM 22-43 Cellar Chiller. I need to change the set temperature. The controller (see attached photo) has 3 buttons F, C and * (a snowflake). F and C appear to just change the display from Celsius to Fahrenheit, when I press the * it asks for a code. I have read on another thread here that their is a hidden button

Any help would be appreciated, or even a user guide/manual

    Welcome Alan.
If nothing has come from anyone else by tomorrow night.
I will take a trip up to the loft as I think I may well have the original data for that version?

Changing the Temperature display units = Press the left button display will be in C , Press the right button the display will be in F.
ALSO CHECK that the control set point is set correctly= Set the desired room temperature by pressing and holding the centre of the display.
After 5 secs the Controller will enter setup mode. Indicated by 2 decimal points.
To raise press and hold the right button. To lower press and hold the left button.
To use the new setpoint Press and hold the centre of the display. Decimal points disappear, unit will control asd normal.
Comp anti short cycle timer ( May be the problem) = Compressor starting will be delayed for 5 mins when the controller is powered up. upon exit from setup mode and from the end of any cooling cycle.

    Re: NRS Beermaster Help

Hi Guys, I had another look at the controller yesterday evening. I think the procedure you have described to me is for the Mk3 controller. I believe that I have an earlier controller as the long sides are vertical.

I can find no hidden button just the 3 buttons I described before 'F', 'C' & '*'. When I push the '*' button the word 'CODE' scrolls round on the display for about 10secs, if I push the F or C button during those 10secs the display changes to 'Er', which I assume to mean 'Error'. If I push the F or C button at any other time it just changes the display from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

I once again request your help,

    Alan

Good man, I'll be going down for the footy anyway but I will expect a few more free beers.

Maybe I should change my name to Beer Monkey.
