Hotpoint Mistral FF -A definitive fix?

Good afternoon,

I have browsed this forum at length and found some useful tips but haven't quite fixed my fridge/freezer problem.

Here goes: as for many others here, my Hotpoint fridge/freezer appears to reach the programmed -22 in the freezer section, but doesn't cool down the upper fridge section (+17 to +19 displayed).

I quickly established that the issue was about the fan cutting off and not flowing cold air upstream. The fan's motor, the door switch and overall refrigeration system seem clean and operating.

I have changed both the yellow & green thermistors at a cost of £35.

No error codes present. Freezer back to -22 but fridge still at ambient temperature.

Is there a definitive fix for this problem as I have read numerous posts with exactly the same fault as mine but no cure?

Also is there a Service Manual for the Hotpoint Mistral FF series that can be downloaded?
