Vacuum Coolers

I am looking into vacuum coolers for a client. I have no previous experience with this type of equipment. To purchase a cooler in Australia can cost a a fair amount of money. Has anyone worked on vacuum coolers manufactured in China in particular those made by Coldmax. Is there anything in particular I should be keeping an eye out for in equipment design.

Don't know the make, have set up some US made machines. The refrigeration system is basic nothing to cause any trained engineer problems.
The vacuum pump was always external to the systems I have seen and required only the Vacuum line and electrical connection.
Post some pictures of the machine if you have them.
