    Legislation for refrigerants in Uruguay

We are designing a refrigeration plant for a norwegian krill oil manufacturer in Uruguay.

Like you might know, cfc's are banned within the European union, and hcfc's are being fased out. Hfc's are heavily regulated and taxed.

We don't have the final cooling capasities yet, but I guess we would use ammonia and/or CO2 for a plant like this in norway.

Anyone know the legislation for ammonia, cfc's, hcfc's and hfc's in Uruguay?

Websites with information is also appreciated, preferably in english, but we can probably cope with spanish as well.

    Thank you very much.
