Taking Ownership
Hey all!
Hope everyones enjoying the weather, HP reset here...HP reset there
Im starting my new job in the next few weeks, and i spoke to the company today, they mentioned im already booked on some Mitsi..or Daikin...not sure training courses ASAP to familiarise myself with the new AC. As they've just finished a new build and have a few VRF systems in, they want me to take ownership of the building....can someone clarify.
Thanks

Re: Taking Ownership
Probably mean they want you to look after it for them, sort out any problems that might occur. Hopefully the lads putting it in did a good job and you won't have much to do!

Re: Taking Ownership
I'll be asking all sorts and wanting install reports etc, we are all the same company, we built the building and also installed the system, so it's all in house.
thanks

Re: Taking Ownership
hi , yes it can be, its up to you to be ready , do your homework, cover yourself, find an excuse to get the main agent in , and get a written report = signed of corce,
I have also worked for companies, who do not use an enployee to put the blame onto, I hope you are lucky and enjoy your new position , prewarned is prearmed, = sedgy,
