ORC positive displacement refrigerant pump

HI all ,
i am putting this out there as i am seeking any information on any companies producing positive displacement refrigerant pumps.I have been looking at TUTHILL for a possible solution but am up for any other contenders. I am needing something that will deliver approx .2 to .3 kg/sec and be able to produce between 130 to 170 psi discharge pressure.cheers
