    meat chiller



    I am looking for guides on a beef chiller
    what should the LMTD of the coild be?
    what is the guidelins regarding air velocity on carcasses and therfore the blower coils?

    Are you asking what the TD should be on the evaporator coils?
    I work on 5.5TD for meat
