Since different refrigerants (CFC, HCFC, or HFC)
require specific oils (mineral, alkylbenzene, or
polyolester [POE]), Carlyle ships most new and
service compressors without oil. The oil level for
06CC size 16 to 37 Cfm compressors and all 06D
compressors should be at 1/4 to 3/4 of the sight
glass. The oil level for 06CC size 50 to 99 Cfm
compressors and all 06E compressors should be
at 1/8 to 3/8 of the sight glass.
See Sections 3.6
and 3.7, pages 69 to 72 for the proper Carlyle
approved oils for the selected refrigerant. Oil
should be added through the recommended oil fill
connection ports on the compressor as identified
in the figures in secton 2.5.
Once the compressor system has been running for
at least 24 hours, the most accurate oil levels are
observed when the compressor is off. Oil levels in
the sight glass can be affected by the rotation of the
running gear.
OPERATING OIL LEVELS
06CC (16 TO 37 CFM) AND 06D
3/4 (MAX)
1/4 (MIN)
06CC (50 TO 99 CFM) AND 06E
3/8 (MAX)
1/8 (MIN)

I did Thank You very much really appreciate your time ! ! ! Btw I done that job its working fine just one question about oil level . I top it up compressor with 1 liter new oil RH 68 L and Its slightly more then maximum ... it is so dangerous for bearing if compressor run only 5 min ??? Dialog-pro doesnt schow any error anyway yet .

slightly more than maximum- is that 3/8-1/2 of your oil sight glass-you need to moniter the oil level for 24hrs , ensuring crankcase heaters are working.
as for the 5 mins of operation- maybe increase setpoint maybe widen the deadband so it runs for longer.

Crankcase heater is working and is nearly flood it I would say about 90 percent but I just watched 4 1 hour after new charge ... Its old compressor so I dont care and is not working so often ... Really thanks 4 yours skills i just learning about refrigeration more and more cos I like it a lot .
