I would like to know a bit more about the standard HACCP applied for supermarket. My questions are only technical related to products and application.
1) it it mandotary to use temperature/humidity/lighting... sensors certified HACCP for supermarkets?
2) do you know any good sensor manufacturers with HACCP certifications who supply wired and wireless sensors?
3) I have got temperature sensor (wired or wireless) that is not HACCP. Do you know if the industry offers special packaging that make the sensor then certified HACCP?
4) using wireless sensor, their frequency is 2.4GHz. is it true that it is the only one authorised for refrigeration (I have got some doubts about it).
