If you're going to the course, cancel it and get your gas from Climate Center.

    Death by Powerpoint.

Simple rules, don't smoke or have a naked light near it, use a combustible gas monitor, purge with nitrogen, course over.

Generally I like training but that one was money for old rope.

Sorry trainers, you can shoot me if you like.

    Hold your fire boys.

You need the BOC Care card to purchase from BOC however what are other suppliers doing? Are they asking for evidence of training or are they making the sale and hoping for the best?

If Climate Centre (as above for example) where to sell a few canisters to me and I go blowing myself, some babies, puppies and a panda up, what would the supplier who sold to somebody untrained, say to the coroner or Magistrate?

I understand quite happily what you are saying but do you have to have a certificate to buy some propane or butane to power your barbecue or gas cooker?

Shhhh! You don't want the powers to be to introduce another regulation.

    I'm hungry now!

Really, I'm posing the question for discussion. So as devils advocate I point that we not likely to try brazing a compressor onto a BBQ. If there was no risk or training needed then why are (some) suppliers insisting on training?
