    My next step

Hello, i was hoping for some advice on my career progression i am currently a contracts manager for a air con company specialising in data centres. I have worked my way up from the tools as a service engineer. I have NVQ 2 in A/C & Fridge, i did my 2078 but not my 2079 as i was office based by this point. i have done my IOSH in health and safety and NVQ 2 in management, so iam now looking to up my game with something which will benifit me and something which may help emergrate one day. i was considering CAD course as i project manage as well

Any other suggestions will be appreciated

    .

CAD would be ok and maybe a Building Management Systems course (BMS).

Design and control are good routes to take and as your already in management
it will keep you more uptodate and employable.

    Regards

    Rob

might be an idea to do a course in people skills- as our contract managers blurt out crap and theyre lucky they havent been KO'ed - have a boob job- engineers always listen to someone with big norks!-
ps- you dont work for a maintenance company in warrington do you??haha
