First, there is not anything I know about that is free. There are low cost (under $100usd). If you are looking for inexpensive for the engineering level, Wilbert Stoeker has a book on Amazon for $82.11usd that is excellent. RETA has Operator books in SI units for about $60usd. IIAR has manuals on codes and guidance books on how it should be installed. These manuals are more expensive ($100-$2000usd). Other than these, I do not know of any.
