    Is compressor low on refrigerant?

My chiller is a Resun CL-650 equipped with a Mitsubishi Electric 0.25HP hermetic compressor. It is around 10 months old and 5 months in operation at an average of total 3 hours a day. Two days ago, I have started up the chiller after 5 months of winter. I have noticed that it is taking a long long time to cool even a degree. Today morning, the OVERHEAT led was on and the blower was spinning rapidly. The compressor reached 65 degrees C and stopped to protect itself.

This happened for the first time. I cooled down the chiller and started again. Still the same problem. Overheating compressor. Heating up very fast.

Has the compressor been damaged by flooding or is the chiller low on R134A refrigerant?

    Technical data:

Tank size: 423 litres. (Chiller is recommended for upto 1000 litres)
    Room Temp: 31C.
    Chiller's set temp: 25C
Chiller's heat exchanger coils and Air filter cleaned thoroughly two days ago.
    Highest compressor temp: 68C
    Condenser coils temp: 53C
Blower fan speed: around 900 RPM average.
    Supply voltage: 210-230V.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
