old GE freezer on top problem

Hi everyone, My neighbor asked me to repair an old ge fridge that is not draining water from the evaporator out. It seems that the outlet in the evaporator basin is clogged. Problem is, I can't get to the evap. I don't know what to do next after removing the two bolts behind the thermostat holder. Can anyone please help me how I can remove the evap cover without breaking it? Are there still screws hidden somewhere? Please if anyone also happen to have a repair manual I would very much appreciate it , thanks.

Back flush the drain with water or compressed air.
To the optimist, the glass is half full. To the pessimist, the glass is half empty.

Thanks mikeref. That's a good idea and at the moment seems to be the best. Until ofcourse, someone can tell me how to get to the evap so i can check the heater element and fuse as well. Ok, going to do it. thanks again
