    Going rates



    I am about to lose my job and am looking at getting back on the tools, I just want to know what the going rate for a time served commercial refrigeration engineer is, if you don't want to say just let me know if it is more or less than £14.50 an hour........thanks

    I think you would be lucky to get £14.50 an hour or more if you are looking at supermarkets if im honest. They have well and truly screwed us down now.

    £14.50 can be had, but it will probably be with a larger company and one that gets you working all hours..
