Cornish copy Chinese Tecnology.
This Technology for the Weatherization of Fluid Pumps was obviously copied from the Chinese.

Check out the rust stains on the vessel in the back ground. At least there are I beams and travellors over the pumps. Obviously the budget did not extend to a roof over the whole lot.

not to mention the exposed wiring terminal box which the water off the hat will run on!
