What issue are you having with the unit? Im having heaps of issues with these new temperzones they are absolute rubbish and would not recommend them to anyone.

I had some air flow problems and with the fan coil installed in a really crap ceiling space and a sky light installed hard up against the fan coil unit terminal box, I wanted to know exactly where things were before I started cutting the sky light open to get in as I have not worked on a Temperzone before. All sorted now a couple of dead run caps. Plus I wanted to know about the controller but as I found out it was not a Temperzone thing, it was a add on.

I have had the same issue on fairly new units. The motor required 15uf cap and they had only put 12uf caps in and they all blew up.
