Books for Ammonia Design
Can anybody introduce any good reference books for refrigeration design with Ammonia?

To my knowledge there are no system design books available. If you look in the database here on the RE forum you will find several descriptions of books for basic information.
The most comprehensive book is "Industrial Refrigeration" by Professor Will Stoecker. It provides some details and is the most likely one to help you.
IIAR has a Piping Handbook that has some very good information on ammonia piping design, but it does not go into the actual selection of the components.
