Daewoo fridge freezer - fridge not chilling

Hello, not sure if anybody can help.
Our Daewoo FRN-U201A is only about one year old.
For several weeks now the fridge has not been chilling (feels like hardly at all) and we did have problems with the top of the freezer but since removing the rear bottom panel and hoovering the accumulated dust it seemed to improve.
Have tried; switching off over night & short periods to reset it, hoovered the dust from the back grill. Apart from that not sure what else to try.
    Thanks in advance!

Thanks install monkey, however that was way too technical for me I'm afraid.

Unless there is an easier way to determine where the fault lays I will need to call somebody out. I meant to also mention there are clunking sounds occasionally coming from the machine also. I'm sure this does not help.

Cheers and I did appreciate the email!

“REF.TEMP” button at the same time.
    2. How to stop
    1) Push “FRZ.TEMP” button 1 time.
    2) It stops automatically in 4 minutes from the start.
    3. All the error codes are reset if they turn to be normal.

Make one, you could size it as a blast chiller then, that way if beers warm up on way home from shop they'll soon be at drinking temp again!
Mostly found in Oxfordshire, UK :)
