    Polar Ice Machine T316 problem

Hi, when the black tray goes up the water switches on for a few seconds until the tray is only 1/4 full at best and then it begins to freeze, so only makes very small ice cubes. If I turn the machine off and then on, it will fill with water to the top as it should, but once this ice drops it goes back to only filling 1/4 full. Any help will be much appreciated, before I have to fork out for a new one.

on initial start up the ice machine energises the solonoid for longer-to flush the water circuit, then on each cycle it isnt as long, have u checked the inlet filer -shut the water off at the local isolation, remove the hose and check inside the water solonoid for a removable gauze that may need cleaning, also is the water pressure sufficient?

Turning the machine on and off again causes the ice maker to reset itself, making it think the problem has been rectified. It works fine until the problem is registered again
