Re: changing jobs...
If you want my advice Krupps
Get out of it while you can
You dont make all that fantastic money for the amount of effort and hassle you put up with
Get to Uni and embark upon a proffessional qualification
When I worked in Marketing I travelled the world all expenses paid, then I had a bright idea............Going to work for myself.........
Now all I see are greasy Chinese kitchens!!!

Beleive me I have thought about it before but nothing seems to be able to give me the kick in the a$$ to get moving, plus I can`t do without the money. Not that its that good, as Abe said the work done does not equal the money paid.

Re: changing jobs...
Can anyone tell me something.........
I have seen kitchens, and I have seen kitchens........
But why??? When I work in a Chinese kitchen my hands get stuck in a film of oil?? and I stick to everything!!
No disrespect to any Chinese.........this is not a criticism, only an observation.

Re: changing jobs...
Of course
I've booked everything and was going to send you the details later. By the time you get back from sunning yourself it will be in your "In Box". Watch out for the sun in Cyprus, I'm told it can be very strong - make sure you put lots of lotion on
P. S.
The wife has had a new lens fitted in the eye so that she doesn't have to wear glasses anymore. Patch off today and the sight is perfect. great news.

Re: changing jobs...
I'm glad she is better.
I'm not into sun.
I've had enough of it in the summer, more likely, watching those who are in the sun
I want to take every one up to the mountains, I was told it is beautiful there.
From some funny reason, I always end up in the machine room if I stay for too long at the hotel

16 years in this trade doing most kit form a foster to a supermarket pack. Now taking a easy life for the past 4 years doing water chillers best move i ever made. Made a good wage and get looked after by company, would never go back to the night call outs etc that goes with supermarkets, water leaks at 2am and iced up cabnets . Still get the odd bad time on call but most of the time looking at 2-4 calls a week if i'm lucky sometimes none .
