RL33SBNS - Fridge not cooling

My fridge/freezer has stopped working properly. There has been no indication of a problem in the way of flashing lights indicating an error code, but the fridge has stopped cooling.

My freezer has had a problem with ice at the bottom and there was quite a bit before started defrosting it this afternoon, so i can only assume that there is a problem with the defrost heater or something similar.

I had a look behind the back panel in freezer and the fan was working and the flap in the top left corner was open.

If anyone knows what the problem could be and how to test/fix it, please let me know.
