    ZANUSSI ZNB3450s fridge side fault



    hoping someone can help me my fridge/freezer has developed a fault where my fridge side will not go below 13degrees, but freezer will go down below -28, looking inside fridge im getting icing up at the top of the compartment where the evaporator coil is but at bottom just above salad tray its warm electric defrost possibly,condenser coil is warm and room temp is +20 degrees any 1 got any ideas to what it could be fan in freezer working and coil not iced up in freezer

    check fan in freezer compartment

    fan is working, im beginning to think short of gas in looking at a diagram the fridge compartment has its own evaporator coil its not the usual type where air is ducted from freezer into fridge compartment but thanks for suggestion

    right just put the old touch probe onto different areas readings below
    room temp 20 oc
    discharge line 40 oc
    liquid line 20 oc
    suction line 16 oc
    have left unit turned off most of day but turned it on 3 hrs ago fridge temps
    freezer was 10 oc when turned on now down to -1 oc and still dropping
    fridge 13 0c but now at 15 oc
    you will have to forgive me but im used to close control systems and air con, domestic fridge/freezer is a new thing for me to be looking at and wouldnt be apart from its my own
