Bitzer screw compressor oil change ?

Hello
I am servicing a large water chiller plant composed of 4 1300 Kw Lennox LCW chillers
I know that the oil replacement should be done at 10000 working hours for a bitzer screw compressor, but the client wants from me to give him a documentation that says this
and of corse i can't find this anywhere

Dose anyone have a bitzer manual that is saying at what interval's should the compact screw CSH85 get it's oil replaced ?
